Core Breakers Support

Questions, bugs or ideas? Email ddaying.dev@gmail.com and tell us your device model, the game version (shown at the bottom of Settings) and what happened. We usually reply within a few days.

Settings is the gear button at the top right of the lobby.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device only. There is no account and no game server, so the game plays fully offline. Uninstalling the game or changing devices does not move your progress unless you use a backup code.

Moving to a new device (Backup code)

On the old device open Settings › Progress › Make a backup code, tap Copy code and keep the code somewhere safe (your own notes or mail). On the new device open Settings › Load a backup code, paste it and confirm. Loading a code replaces the progress on that device.

Anyone who has the code can load your progress, so keep it to yourself. Purchases are not part of the code: on the new device, use Restore purchases.

Restoring purchases

Bought something on another device or after reinstalling? Open the Shop tab or Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account. Looks and passes always come back. The Credits and Core Shards that come with a pack are given once per save.

Payments and refunds follow each store's policy. Consumable items that have been used cannot be refunded.

Ads and privacy options

Ads only play when you tap a reward button. Where consent applies (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states), Settings › Privacy options lets you change your choice for ads and analytics at any time. The button only appears where it applies.

Deleting your data

On your device: Settings › Reset progress deletes your progress from this device and resets the analytics identifier. Uninstalling the game also removes your progress. Purchased looks and passes come back with Restore purchases.

Analytics data already sent: Google deletes it automatically 2 months after it is collected. To have it deleted sooner, email ddaying.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Core Breakers data deletion" and tell us roughly when and on which device you played, because this data is tied to a random identifier and not to your name.

Privacy
